So I woke up from a pretty bad dream in the middle of the night. Then I noticed that my vision was off. It was like a diamond-patterned screen over my eyes and it kept flashing and changing colours? It subsided after a minute or so.
It's not the first something like this has happened, last time it was green and white vertical lines that screened my vision...
was wondering if anyone has experienced this too..

I would get eyes checked as soon as possible. Just to be sure. xx
yup, my recent eye test was okay. Though I didn't tell them about the flashes.
I think I would call back and mention them.
Why do you have eye tests so young? Do you wear spectacles?
How much Vitamin D are you taking and how often? Have you had a blood test to check your Vitamin D level?
Though you should get checked, that sounds like what I get when a migraine is happening. Sometimes it leads to the headache and sometimes it doesn't.
It could be ocular migraine, speak to your optician to put your mind at rest
