I have had a fair few good days, which always surprises me... So what do you do on good days? Well I take advantage and do loads of stuff.
Anyway my day was good yesterday, sat down after dinner and wham... My jaw and neck start hurting/burning, then my shoulders and back, then my stomach starts to churn.... I went to bed eventually, but I felt terrible I was in and out of bed for a pee several times, my tummy was bloated. But my muscles were killing me, I felt so weird.
When I woke up this morning I felt battle weary, all my muscles still hurt, even down my arms and legs.
I am a jaw clencher, and it's been so long now its become a habit, and I am sure this is what kick starts it all off, I don't even know I'm doing it. I've had various gadgets etc from the dentist to no avail, mri's, blood tests... all ok....
Does anyone else suffer like this?
Apologies for the rant! X

Hi funkyfaerie, yes I’m battle weary today, got courage to see some friends for couple of hours yesterday got home had dinner and wham it all hit me. Started gagging, stomach churning, in and out of the bathroom for a pee , then couldn’t sleep. So today I’m feeling horrible, weak tired and exhausted. Beginning to wish I hadn’t gone out yesterday now
I feel very weepy as well.
I had the burning sensations in my shoulders
And my legs when I woke up, then I got the chills. I’m on my own as well that doesn’t always help.
My sister seems to think that's it's because when we are out or doing something we are distracted and we cope and cope until we get back, then there's a void and then we lose it and it all comes rushing back.
I have felt nauseous with this but not had the gagging, my sister did when she was suffering, its definitely a nervous thing. For me my main problem is the muscle pain it burns and feels so weird it freaks me out, so I'm presuming that's what starts my tummy off.
It must be hard to be on your own coping like this, I feel for you. Although I am married I don't say much to my husband anymore because I think I must be driving him crazy.
I too have grandchildren quite a few though 8 😱 I have three children. And having all this going on with me affects me getting enjoyment from them.
I think I have had a good old fashioned nervous breakdown, but of course you can't call it that these days.
How long have you been suffering for?
Two and a half years for me... Not all bad just up and down.
Had this since February, but I first had it 6/7 yrs ago didn’t know what the he’ll qas happening to me. Then it eventually stopped and I’d get an anxious moment here and there, then I fell over indoors and hurt my back badly and things went on from there, seems to be taking more of a toll on me this time, I’ve got 2 daughters and
10 grandchildren, miss them so
Much at the moment☹️ Thank you for replying Funkyfaerie x
