Shaymocha111, did you know that anxiety can play with your ears. Muscle tension

is a part of the body responding to our anxiety. Muscles are everywhere including

the inside of our ears. I have felt what you have many times including more recently.

As our stress builds so does the tightness in our muscles. The ears can feel clogged

and stuffy almost like you are wearing ear buds. Pulling up gently on the tops of your

ears can help release the tension and breathe.

I am not a doctor and can only relay how anxiety effects me. Always see your doctor

or ENT if this continues to be a problem. It's going to be okay either way. :) xx

Sounds more like wax in your ears to me! Or maybe you have a cold. x
