Strange heart

Does anyone else feel like their heart is itchy. Or am i just going mad. And is it normal for the pulse to change. Like my pulse will be 88 then will drop down to 84. I know i have extremeee anxiety because i check my heart every 2 seconds. Also is anyone on bisoprolol. Ive been given it bit just found out that its only for the heart and now think my heart is not normal😣

Yes I think that's normal for pulse to change . I'm the same as you checking all the time also x

It's natural for your heart to change its heart rate throughout the day, try not to worry about it, you will be ok.

Hi, very normal for the heart rate and pulse to change. The more anxious -faster the pulse. I take propranolol(beta-blocker too) as and when needed, usually 20mg a day. It slows the heart rate, makes you less nervous.

Thanks for the reply. I definitely feel less anxious. I need to focus on enjoying my life
