Have you ever had a thought in your mind, and while you were thinking that thought, it’s as if you were questioning why were you thinking that thought in the first place. For example, let’s say I want to eat a sandwich with my right hand , because naturally that’s what I’d like to do. Randomly, in that same moment , you get the urge to want to eat with your left hand and then you wind up trying to do so.Now, you’re in a panic because you feel like you went against your initial thought in the first place & you were thinking that you just messed up your mind, & now you feel like going crazy, like the normal mind you had is now changed.
Am I weird for thinking this or can anyone relate to me? If anyone can, let me know. I do feel like I sound very lonely right now.

Yeah I’ve been trying to catch up on sleep lately , and occasionally I get foggy or grind my teeth more or I’m indecisive as you mentioned, I’m like craving relaxation now. Thank you for saying this to me. Lol. Often times I think this, but you are right. I’m still trying to fix my sleep schedule so .. :/. I guess this is what goes on sometimes. I’m taking it easy , though.
You're not crazy, you're normal! I pray a lot to refocus my mind and help my brain think about good things. Perhaps exercise may help too. Big hugs. I am here if you want to talk.
