Feeling overwhelmed

I suffered from helicobactor but had it treated 5 weeks ago , I seek to have ulcers in my stomache from it and his emotional anxiety where I just cry and feel overwhelmed for no reason and think I’m going to die ? I got anti depressants from doc 3 weeks ago , Will I ever get relief , I’m frally struggling

I had this, last summer,and had to take triple therapy ,2 antibiotics, and a PPI ,for my stomach...for 10 days....really didn't feel well atall.my stomach was in bits, my anxiety was sky high, I was very weak, and lost weight...but the good news is...you will bounce back...get off the PPI, asap...my DR said to take them for a month, and no longer...start a good probiotic, and drink keifer, eat loads of green veg, and drink smoothies...nothing spicey, or processed to eat...your stomach has to heal...if you still get reflux or heartburn...just take gaviscon, or rennies...this will go on for a couple of months...as your stomach heals...it takes time, but you will soon see an improvement..

Thank you very much , it’s good to know there is light at the end of the tunnel , can I ask what you did about the anxiety ?

Well, I suffer from anxiety anyway...I am on xanax for it...so I increased them for a few weeks, The gut and brain are connected, so H-pylori can increase anxiety...my DR was ok with this...for a short while he allowed me to increase...x

Miarose that’s great information you gave me , it’s so good to know it’s just me , can I ask did you have a gripping feeling in your tummy , maybe an ulcer healing ?

I started crying today randomly from Zoloft and anxiety... I’m right there with you. We are resilient. Keep your head up.
