Numbness and tingling in face

Anyone else experience numbness and tingling in their face? This is a new symptom for me.. I would add that I adjusted meds a bit this past week (Zoloft) and weaned off Ativan on Friday. Is this a symptom of anxiety or meds?

Do you ever get panic attacks? I’ll get numb spots during panic attacks. Hands, feet, face. Even my stomach. (That’s a fun one. NOT!) Try not to worry about it too much, I’m sure it’ll pass.

I had numbness in my left side of face and left arm, went to hospital and everything was fine.. It was from shallow breathing not much oxygen getting around when you breathe like that. Just be aware of your breathing make sure your taking in deep breaths do some exercises / meditation even if it dorsnt feel like your relaxed off it it will help I promise this was one of my main struggles. Breathe in that oxygen!!
