This picture will be one we can all relate to, too well! I was told yesterday by a member of the crisis team that I CAN beat my anxiety, a little reminder to you all that what we all suffer with doesn’t have to be who we are, keep taking it a day at a time and SPEAK! other methods of counselling and help are always available but we must reach out. We are all bigger and better than our problems 🌸❤️
