how to relax my mind and my self ...

how can i relax my mind all these thoughts hitting me . do you get that feeling that you juts feel like you about to go crazy and yell thats how i feel right now i feel like my mind going really strong emotions on me i feel like im just gonna go crazy and snap sometimes i feel like im not myself ugh i wish i was healthy in the head and feel better how i use to be i was great before now its like i have to try my hardest everday to act like im happy and enjoying my life .

Hey! I have the same feeling sometimes.. i scream with myself and feeling like it never ends.. I’m taking citalopram it helped me twice and now third time I’m back on it again. Are you taking anything?

no im on nothing not really intrested in meds i just go with the flow and try to get over it

Try to go out or get your mind distracted i know it’s really hard but that’s what i do as i still feel horrible. Try to watch something you like. Your fears are not real! It’s just your mind creating it ! People who crazy they don’t care they not actually aware of it. Try no more anxiety by david paul. Helped me a lot!

yeah it just so rough for me it gets more stressed after stressed my mind its a crazy feeling when your mind could be so strong nd powerful

its good you are not on medication,it doesnt solve anything.i have a fear of the stuff...try reading claire weeks or the linden method,i think you will get a lot out of it...

I can totally relate..the negative thoughts seem to take hold so easily. I know for me my brain was trained to think the worst of myself. To retrain it into believing the truth is difficult but very possible. You have to be very consistent. Every time you think sometime negative replace it immediately with a positive verse, saying or something like that. That will help retrain your brain and think more positively. I hope you try it and overcome the lies people have told you. Praying for you to find who God made you to be. -
