Hi

I am so worried, I keep feeling a sticking or uncomfortable pain in my chest. Sometimes its above my left breast or in the center of my chest. The.more I think about it the worse it gets then my breathing isnt right. I also get a tight pain to my back right by my spine and left shoulder bone. Can anyone relate to this.. I keep doing test and nothing thus far but I keep worrying about heart attack.

Please can anyone help

Yes I feel like this often and the more I think about it the worse my symptoms feel. All of these symptoms are also symptoms of anxiety/panic so if you can get yourself to calm and refocus your attention on not feeling the pain it will go away. I know that is easier said than done but try drinking cold water, or doing a cross word puzzle, listening to some music anything that will move your mind to something else. This will pass and you will feel better. You are ok!

Thanks, I feel much better this morning, not feeling the symptoms but my mind isnt clear. My mind is always going to negative stuff. Controlling your mind is the hardest thing it wont stay focus always shifting, know what I mean.

Glad you are feeling better yes the mind is the worst and its hard to make it stop and relax but you will get there.

I've had the same problem since I was young. Every now and then I run it by the DR's just to be on the safe side and I'm always told the same thing, Stress. It comes and goes, but if you keep thinking about it it's going to take longer to go away. This is assuming it's the same thing, of course. I know breathing can be uncomfortable for a bit but slow breaths and relaxing your body seems to help me. Hope it helps you too.

I used to get really bad chest pains, so bad sometimes I could feel it in my back. Never got testing done but really think it was from anxiety. I hope you feel better!

I was cleaning my house today and I kept feeling weird stuff like I am off balance and rush to check my blood pressure but its normal. I dont understand do you get any of these?

I get a lot of headaches and random dizzy spells. Like I’ve been on an elevator too long. It can definitely be stress/anxiety. But feeling that way just makes you more anxious!! I hate it.
