Hi guys, i had panic attacks last year and went also to psychologist because i had many times brain fog...
Anyway due to a stressfull event this februar the anxiety came again.. and i was unable to control it. Recently because my stress level it s increasing, i feel like when i am standing up i feel that my legs will feel. I am feeling like i need to take a sit, cuz i feel a pressure on them. Also when i walk, after too much walking i am feeling the same.
Yes, i have a sedentary life, cuz today i started to do 20 minutes exercises and then i was very tired. I do get tired quickly. But i will continue doing this and increase the amount of time. Also small walk of 20 minutes per day and then increase slowy.
But what scares me is that feeling of dizziness even nothing is spinning. Do u think that is from anxiety? Or even lack of exercises? Cuz my back also hurts.. because staying all they in chair.
I will go to another psychologist soon

I do know that I have experienced much of what I'd call unbalanced feeling, which can possibly be compared to dizziness, with my anxiety. I can recall times if my anxiety is really bad is when I noticed the unbalanced feeling comes on more. Its probably from anxiety and not from lack of exercise.
I tried to do balance exercises at home and i am doing them very well.. no problems to fell. But when this feeling is coming i also feel like am a little dizzy like brain fog.. especially when i go to a supermarket and need to ask the cashier something and i am staying there stand up.
And i also have back problems cuz when i stay standing up i feel a pressure on my spine especially the cervical part.. and i think i need to exercise more.. to do back exercises like 20 minutes per day and small walks of 15 minutes or 20 and the increas slowly....to be no day without walking and exercising.. it s bad cuz i had such a sedentary life and in this moment i barely can exercise for 20 minutes cuz i get so tired..
I've had my times of feeling tired very easily too. I've walked up stairs and times I had to stop a moment and catch my breath. I do know that my muscles ache easily now. Like when I started back working and I'm a hairstylist so I'm not moving a lot but even just standing around and walking around the job when I do, my muscles feel sore sometimes. And if I do any form of rough movements I feel it the next day. So I know that means I have to get back into a regular routine of something even if it's just to go walking again.
I'm not sure of what articulations are? But I do have sore legs while I'm standing and some times feel pains in them or pressure from standing on it all day. Especially in my knees.
When I had many tests done because of my disequilibrium, they all came back OKAY - so it does appear to be a symptom of my anxiety. If you need to get checked out medically, do - but it is a known symptom. Do you ever feel like you're walking and someone pushes you to the side even though nobody is there? That's kind of how I feel sometimes.
Yeah.. i mean i stand up and then i feel like a brain fog and my body goes to other part.. and need to sit down to calm down.. because when i am having exercises for balance i do not have any problems. But i also want to do do exercises to make at least 5000 steps per day
