Hi Cathy

You sound as if you have some very unpleasant symptoms. Stomach symptoms are very common in anxiety so you are not alone.

Are you on antidepressants at all?

You are not crazy and noone should make you feel that you are. It does however take a long time and the ability to ignore and not be afraid of your symptoms for things to improve. Also setting yourself realistic challenges daily and undertaking excercise can be really helpful. Alot of people find that if the symptoms are very severe that they also need the support of antidepressants as well.

My very best wishes.

Kim
