Switched from escitalopram to sertraline..... I feel weird today

So I was on 5mg escitalopram for about 4 and a half weeks. It had TERRIBLE side effects that didn’t go away. Increased anxiety, I had high blood pressure, Muscle soreness, weakness, shakes and tremors. So I switched immediately to 25mg of sertraline. First dose and I swear I felt better. All of my symptoms disappeared for the next week! We are now in a week and a half. I’m feeling super weird all of a sudden. Hard to explain. Almost dizzy almost dream like. I feel oddly relaxed. Maybe a little drunk or high? I don’t know. Just weird. Do you think that the escitalopram is finally out of my system and now my body is trying to get used to the sertraline?

I had an awful three months on Lexapro a year ago and was scared to take anything else for a year. I'm now on week 8 of Zoloft and it's actually helping. There is a spaciness factor and my equilibrium is off, but compared to how I reacted to Lexapro, this is a vacation.

I been having problems with it too. Muscle weakness, balance unsteady, blood pressure spikes. Did you have spikes in blood pressure? How is your new meds doing now.

Are you on escitalopram now? I’m pretty balanced out these days. Some days I’m spacier than others. For the most part I’m good
