Hello to all, I have anixiety and panic attack before it was very difficlut to explain the feeling, and now it's been 7 months and I easily overcome with it. You just need to help up yourself- like for example: When I starting to feel like anxious I will think of anything else that will make me busy thinking of it like what will I do exciting tomorrow or I will call my friend to have a little talk. I've been doing this for 7 months and it's really a big help. For me the number one medicine is "Destructions" number 2 is "Don't let your negative thoughts in when you starting to think of it" and number 3 "Friends are big help. I hope this could help stay strong and you'll reach your goal of being you again.
