Yes, anytime I'm sick with anything my anxiety goes up up UP.

When you have a cold or fighting and kind of illness your heart rate increases and can mimic feelings of anxiety when in reality it’s just your body working harder to fight the illness it’s just your brain reacting to the heightened heart rate thinking your anxious ❤️
