There are times I can walk up the steps and be ok. Other times my heart is pounding like crazy. Anyone else go through this with stairs and inclines?? Not even really out of breath but just beating fast and hard.

Yep. This happened to me yesterday. Clearly my anxiety was up and I didn't know it. I've been up and down the stairs several times since and I'm fine. I think this is normal.
Yep! Same with me. I can be doing something physical and be fine m. Other times, when anxiety is up, it pounds like crazy.
Oh man! This anxiety is a BEAST. Its soo frustrating! Thanks for the replies. Now I don't feel so psyched out about it
