I am interested to know what people’s most common anxiety symptom is? And do the come and go throughout the day.
My changes but must recently is pain/ tightness in the upper left chest near shoulder. I can feel it getting tight when i start getting worried or stupid thoughts then i busy myself and it goes away. It causes more stress bc it comes and goes throughout the day then i get hot flash things and run up my body and out my arms.
It’s so odd what all Panic can do to ones body

Hey, sorry you are also a victim of these anxiety symtpoms.
I get one sided pains. Random chills on one side. Weird tingles in my head. Shortness of breath (although it could be my anemia). I get cold hands and feet. Sore throat on one side. Neck pain. Arm and shoulder pain.
Left sided chest, neck, shoulder pain (annoying and costly bc of hearth attack worries), hot flashes, pins and needles, and back pain. I hate every symptom and often wonder if I'll ever feel better. I'll do well for a few weeks and then out of nowhere....BAM anxiety attack. And it takes me several days to get back on track.
I have these same symptoms constantly! My chest is always in pain and it scares me like no other. The pain is never just oh pain in my chest. It’s always excruciating and it radiates. I’ve gone to the ER SO many times and every time it’s nothing. So I’m stuck praying it’s just anxiety every time 😐
I feel like you wrote exactly the way I’m feeling now. It’s so annoying bc these are all signs of heart attacks in women and it’s like ok i have to trust this isn’t one it’s just panic so frustrating.
I do take medication for anxiety, but I still suffer with breakthrough anxiety once or twice a month (I have meds for that as well, but I DESPISE taking it, so I usually just try to tough it out).
I wish I had solid advice to help you with your symptoms, unfortunately I do not.
