Trying to be in a good mood for long

Well so far,this morning has been good!any tips to help me stay long in this mood without becoming anxious?

Dheeya, the best way to stay in a calm good mood is to stop thinking about it

and enjoy the feeling. I also do meditation 3 times a day, every day which

helps in keeping the mind and body in a stable position. It helps control your

anxiety so that you don't get the bursts of adrenaline throughout the day.

Agora has given me advice in the past and it works, I have found that if I just enjoy the moment it lasts longer. I also when starting to feel a bit anxious depending on the situation I escape to my safe place ( it's just thinking about a place I have had good experiences or just playing with my Parrots) I do anything to stop myself panicking or getting anxious, I think the easiest is just not to think about it and enjoy the moment like I said it lasts longer ! Thank you Agora, Now I am just waiting for my meds to work so I can try to get some sleep, it's getting bad again,fed up with it lack of sleep TBH is horrible! I hope you have a great weekend bye for now Derek

Sleep deprivation has got to be horrible both physically and mentally.

I do hope that your medication starts working soon so you can get some

good quality sleep. It will make all the difference in the world as to how

you feel. I'm sorry you are going through this. Keep us updated once the

meds start working. I care. :) xx
