This all took a year but it's worth it right... last year started gettig chest pain alot and arm pain palpitations yeno the rest .. after exercising taking walks alot and eating healthy for a whole year I do feel a lot better obviously my anxiety is still there and it kills me off everyday but there's times wherr I have no symptoms even if it's like half an hour it's really good just to get that I hope this helps youse try to just cut down on sugar and all the bad stuff just see how it goes I've had a lot of bad posts and tbh probably will have alot more to come but i just want to give a posit I've notever to you all struggling too god bless 💓

Do you feel dizzy on anxiety attacks
I haven't had a panic attack in about 15 months but yes it's very common to go dizzy when you have panick attacks
So what are the causes of being dizzy?

Sometimes low blood pressure can cause dizziness. Your doctor will be able to check it for you quick and easy. If it’s low sometimes medications are given. Just explain to them when it happens and how long etc. might even be anxiety. Good luck with appointment
