Tremors
I get this it feels like my body is trembling but internally and no one else can see it
Do you feel it all the time or when you focus on it? Or while when you are going to sleep or sitting?
It happens mostly as I’m trying to sleep or as I’m waking up, it’s worse if I focus on it and tends to go away after a minute or so
Thank you for your reply....
Btw when you focus on it anytime of the day do you still feel them? Also when they go away after a minute do you think its because you don't tend to focus on it even when you focus on them they go away?
Erm I’m not too sure really there’s times when I notice it and times when I do not
Seems like you don't give much time to it. That's brilliant also thank you for your messages.
I have inner tremor in my chest and back area along with shoulders and arms.
I have this to. It's not so bad after a year of it and usually I don't even think about it. Used to be when I would go to bed I could feel it in my legs, arm and back. I can look at my body and it's not moving but it was internal and I knew I wasn't imagining it. I believe it's connected to panic and anxiety. Nerves are oversensitive and tired from being tense all the time. When you improve your anxiety it will go away.
Thank you for your reply..
You had them 24/7 i mean you would feel them whenever you would think about them?
Not 24/7. My biggest symptom was a shaky wrist/hand. I went to a neurologist last year and they confirmed it's not connected to neurological problem. Went to a hand doctor. I did an MRI and they found a cyst attached to my bone which causes pain and some weakness. I do know that since I've improved my anxiety and health anxiety the trembles have gone away. When I was tense and anxious constantly it was worse. Lack of sleep makes it worse. It's all related to nerves and overactive mind.
Just your body reacting to stress. Nothing more. Lots of times your body's reaction to stress is also delay - so it can get confusing and scary. Don't let it paralyze you. You are not unusual - at all. Peacefully accept yourself just the way you are. OK?
I have one arm and hand that Tremor horribly!! Reacting to stress!
Is it everytime like 24/7 and is it related to anxiety?
I have it also it's Al stress anxiety
Do you feel them all day long or during a panic attack?

I was having internal tremors all day every day for almost 2 months. I also have health anxiety. When I saw my doctor, he was convinced it was stress and anxiety & I did get my blood tested and everything came out fine. I honestly thought I was dying and didn’t believe him. My shaking is actually just starting to get less and less. I’m the beginning it was all I would think about but now my thoughts are less and less which is making my shaking go away. I still feel it here and there mainly when I’m laying down or just waking up but it’s getting better. You sound just like me because you’re not used to the shaking so you instantly worry which makes it worse. Just keep yourself busy constantly. And exercise if you can! I noticed a difference from working out. But if you haven’t seen a doctor, see one first and see what they say. It will give you a piece of mind.
Not necessarily. Could be overactive thyroid, Parkinson's but please see your doctor who can confirm or not and put your mind at rest. I would stay away from Google. It can give you the worse case scenarios.
