I have had these as well. They never seem to go away.

It's such a horrible symptom to have, I just hope its due to the anxiety

Have you been to the doc?

Not for this symptom yet, I have been before for other reasons and they just always say its the anxiety

I’ve experienced the same things and my doctor told me it’s tension/anxiety related.

thank you, will they just disappear over time? i know it wont happen overnight

For me they just come and go at times. It always freaks me out but since I’ve never had this probably until my anxiety kicked up, I can usually reassure myself that it’s only the anxiety. Tension can do weird things to the body

Yes I shake and tremble when going through a bad time with anxiety. Especially in the morning. I can shake from head to toe all day when it’s at its worst. I try distraction techniques and breathing.

I had these tremors and was diagnosed with Internal Tremors and prescribed Propranolol. While the tremors have subsided I now get a vibration/buzzing in my back, legs and feet. Very irritating. I have mentioned the vibration/buzzing to several doctors and none have an answer and pretty much dismiss me😡

I can sympathise with anyone who experiences inner tremors as that's what it feels like, also seems to manifest itself in my legs and severe back tension, afraid to tell the Gp has not been helpful and trying to taper from diazepam 2mg ,gp very unpredictable regarding whether I should even get them.had been on them for around 30yrs(im a much older person)and my breathing -rythmn appears strange ,at least I can sleep though dread sometimes facing another lonely day.

I've Had These ALLOT Over The Past 30 Years..... The Problem With Docs Is Many Of Them [ not all of them ] Tend To Put Your Symptoms In A Little Box In Their Minds When They Find You Have A Anxiety Disorder. Remember The Term Get A 2nd Opinion ?...See A Different Doc. Don't Discuss Your Anxiety Problems, Just Discuss Your "Symptoms"....Ease Your Mind.. There Are MANY Symptoms That "Resemble MS". [ we all tend to think the worst. but we have to look at all the possibilities when it comes to symptoms & i blame the medical industry for that. many of them often mention the worst first.]

Hello, when I have really bad episodes of anxiety I get these symptoms too. Awful. I had convinced myself there was something more serious going on and I saw my GP several times but as my anxiety eased, so did the symptoms (over time). I hope you feel better soon. Hx

Hey there. I suffer from anxiety too Its been on an off for about 10 years now. Increased anxiety can cause a bunch of weird sensations including the tingling in hands face ect. I always got this symptom when I had bad panic attacks. My hands arms and even my tongue would go numb! If you have had check ups and all do not worry because its a quite common symptom of anxiety. Hang in there.

Yes! That’s scary when your insides are quaking.

Mine was from my thyroid. It causes anxiety.
