Extreme panic attacks....please help me

Hi there I started having panic attacks about a week after I suddenly lost my golden retriever theee days before Christmas and they are debilitating to me I just don’t know how to get my life back and get back to normal feelings.

Wow anxiety is so unpredictable. I as a panic attack victim have tried so many things. Maybe if you try thinking only of the happy times you had with your dog, could help, instead of thinking of the worst scenarios. I mean, anxiety does feed from negative thoughts. I'm just saying.....

I am new to this forum. I just saw your post. I hope you are doing better. I recently started having panic attacks too. I did not connect it to the loss of my two pets, but I loved them dearly. We had them for 13 and 14 yrs, they died 6 months apart. I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you are doing better. It is a great loss, be kind to yourself. Panic attacks sucks. I am on meds but the meds side effects are really getting to me. Talk to your doctor and get some help.

Hey there I’m still not doing well but I’m better than before without medication at all. I just miss him so much that it physically hurts every single day. I’m so sorry for your loss as well if you like to talk more just us let me know I’d love a support system for sure right now
