Hi, you have to help us help you by telling us a little more than just "head symptoms 24/7"

I would genuinely advise if a pain or ache is constant you should go to your GP in the first instance! If you're GP is unavailable then go to the A+E ! I wish you luck and hope you can get some relief soon!

Hey Warrior,

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well and I also pray that you heal and feel better. It really depends on what your head symptoms are. Depression, anxiety, panic? Headache, migraine, tension, stress, or even a fall that led to a bump?

If you have any physical symptoms that are causing you moderate to tremendous pain, please seek medical attention as soon as you can. This especially if you have physically injured your head. If you're having trouble mentally, I would also seek out medical attention as soon as you can just so a doctor can stabilize the situation and give you some peace from all that you're feeling.

If you need to talk to someone immediately, depending where you're located, please try calling a mental health hotline that's available 24/7. Nearly every country has one and they can talk to you and guide you to help. You do not have to feel this way 24/7 and you won't once you begin your path to resolve.

There's a lot of questions to ask in terms of just head symptoms, so please see a doctor soon. We're here to help, but I think it's a good idea to get medical attention along with the support here. I definitely don't want someone living and feeling this way any longer than they have to. Please let us know and take care!

Hi worrier,

I feel you! I have brain twinges and then the anxiety that follows about what “could be.” It’s a vicious cycle. You are not alone. I try to keep myself busy and when the worry gets to be too much, I call my doctor. Hope you find some peace.

Christina.

Sorry, you are going through so much. Don't give up there is always help. I don't know what head symptoms you are having. If it's physical pain, please get a thorough checkup from your doctor. If it's mental or emotional, it's okay to see a Christian therapist who can walk you through your anxiety if it's that. Prayed for you.
