Beautiful saying and so true. Thanks.
I can say that after 40 years of mental illness. Anorexia took me at 14. With my recent recovery. Daily I will recover to remain that way. I am now like the eagle who soars in the wind. I AM FREE! If this is a photo of you on your post. You are a beautiful young lady. I have children that are grown. They are in their thirties. I am proud of them. Although one is in federal prison. I am not at all proud of that. He is my son and I love him the same as the others. I wish you the best in life. Thank you for uplifting thoughts.
If you keep moving forward regardless of how you may be feeling, you will eventually recover. It’s about making your life bigger than anxiety and allowing all those thoughts and feelings to be there. Like the title of the book, feel the fear and do it anyway. This is how to recover.
each step is a victory.
