Does anyone often experience a sensation that you know somethings wrong, like impending doom?

I have been feeling this feeling like something's going to happen to me, and I can't shake it off. No amount of doctor visits will convince me. Does anyone else feel this sometimes. Is this just really bad health anxiety?

Think that’s one of the symptoms of GAD too ? But yes I have experienced that before (well most the time) I have real bad health anxiety which is not helped by my on going symptoms so yes you not alone.

How do you cope with health anxiety. I have no clue what to do anymore.

I used to feel that way but since then I learned that a person can change their brain chemistry and get rid of those thought patterns. It's hard to explain in this small space, but so many of your body functions related to stress involve hormonal balancing, so if you are full of anxiety often, it's best to visit with a functional doctor specializing in endocrinology so they can take a blood, urine, stool, and saliva test to determine where the problems are occurring. They will be the ones to help you the most.

How do you bring it up to your doctor that you might need to see a specialist? I am always weary of saying anything because I feel like they might be annoyed by me thinking I know more than them. Thank you for your response.

The doctor you see now does not need to know anything about your personal private business. You are entitled to see whomever you want.

A functional doctor is not a specialist. He/she has been trained to work with the human body and not drugs. You will be able to receive so much more attention to your problem and get explanations for why things happen the way they do. I strongly urge you to seek out the best help there is.

I promise you won't be disappointed.

Try doing a google search for one in your area by typing in these words into your search box:

"Functional doctors specializing in endocrinology in _____________ (name your area)."

Here is an article I just got done reading tonight - it popped up on my Facebook timeline because I subscribe to this website. bit.ly/2N67YWu

I hope you feel free to write back. I will be happy to help you any way I can.
