Anyone else get those times where you dont feel like yourself? if that makes sense

Hi i dont feel like me havent for four months, no appertite losing weight feel to calm what's not me, nothing gets on my nerves anymore, not feeling no pain, listless lifeless feel as if my muscles have gone, cant sleep properly as the horrible strange feelings i get

No i dont take no meds i dont know if i should or not as these feelings are horrible and strange

Is it normal I don't know, my stomach doesn't feel anything not even walking feels right in my tummy

I often don't feel like myself, but I prefer not to. I prefer to live in a bubble and forget about the past and problems, it's feeling like myself that causes me problems
