Start changing your mindset, I know it’s hard to be positive but you have to try I tell myself everyday I choose to be happy and not you anxiety will not take over me. Trust me it helps you have to believe it. I know there days were I feel like I can’t but we can..

I try but sometimes it’s just hard i guess cause i think to much about it which probably makes the situation worse 😩 i try to keep a positive mindset but then my mind wonders and thinks the worst again 😩

I have had anxiety all of my life and know what you are feeling. I had many physical responses to being anxious such as ringing ears, dry mouth, sore tongue, back pain, you name it. First - accept that it is anxiety, period. Next - know that it comes from being super focused on one area of your body (we all have ringing if we listen in to ourselves). Last - learn how to meditate and practice every day, even for 5 minutes, just do it. Best wishes...

Yes i always stay focused on it is probably what makes it worse 😩 i mean its not ringing or anything it’s just when I swallow or yawn its like a crackle/ popping sometimes 😩 and sometimes blockage and i freak out 💔

What you are feeling is completely normal and no reason whatsoever for concern. Anxiety is very powerful. I always acknowledge that what I'm feeling is simply my body in an anxious, aka fight or flight mode. I would highly recommend learning how to meditate. There are so many good audio books that can help.

I use an app on my phone called audible. One great first book is Full Catastrophe Living by Jon Kabat Zinn. Meditating calms and gives better control over the thoughts that cross you mind, which btw are about 60,000 every day.

Anxiety sux, but stay positive, it can and will be controlled.

Hi there, so sorry you are struggling so much! You said something about your ears. Are they ringing? I know that is very frustrating! I found that when I don't eat any corn, corn products or wheat/wheat products my ringing goes completely away! Then when I have them again, it comes back. Maybe that would help you, to get away from them. Also, regarding the anxiety, taking magnesium and ginseng help a lot with that. They calm the mind body and spirit and get rid of sticky negative thoughts that loop. Hope this all helps you too! <3 You are worth what it takes to get healthy! Hang in there!

No not ringing its just they feel clogged sometimes and they crackle and pop when I swallow and yawn it’s just aggravating to me 😩its been going on for a month and a half already :( last time i went to the doc they said i had ear congestion but I figured it should have gone away by now ! But i would look into magnesium and ginseng maybe that will help me get rid of these thoughts 😩🙏🏻 thanks so much for your kind words it means alot ❤️

Hmm, have you gone to a chiropractor? They can make adjustments that help sometimes. Also, what about allergy pills, they get rid of congestion, or even alfalfa pills will but you need to drink a lot of water w them. =) Hope you find your answer and it goes away! I understand the aggravation.
