Does anyone get anxiety from going to places with florescent lights such as walmart and target?
yes,,I call it the K-mart affect lol..Sometimes I put on my sunglasses inside,,it helps
robynnicholson, I like that the "K-Mart Affect", you made me laugh. You are absolutely correct in that sunglasses help. If I ever pass you by in K-Mart, you will know me by my Foster Grants
Yes, everytime. I always thought it was from my bad eye sight though. But makes sense it'd be anxiety. Almost anytime something's wrong with me it ends up just being anxiety 😒
Yes, it`s not just bright lights & noise, but other shoppers who seem intent on ramming me with their trolleys, or blocking the isles when I try to get past. I hate the design of supermarkets. The aisles need to be wider, & there should be creches for people who insist on bringing their kids shopping. I`m sick of having to avoid hordes of screaming kids in stores.
Ooooh...yeah I used to. I actually had a neurologist diagnose me with having migraines, he put me on Effexor. It's all related, though, I think. I would feel like my head was being crushed, in a sense, like as soon as I walked into a busy store.
Yes I have the exact same feeling. Going to a neurologist soon
Any update or fix in this symptom???
It's just anxiety. We have to learn how to deal with it at least we know what it is. Before I didn't know what it was and that caused me to have a panic attack at walmart hence my first trip to er lol
Yep blurry vision... can't concentrate? That's how I feel. I think it's just anxiety 😩
I don't get blurry vision but I get a feeling of panic and passing out symptoms
Both the same for me and the summer heat here in Texas doesn't help it at alleither
