Throbbing in head

Hi all I have anxiety can you tell me if when your heart is thumping can you feel it in your head too also like a tingling sensation thanks x

Yes it's completely normal this heat isn't helping xxx

Yes I get this to , even people with out anxiety are complaing with headaches as well , I do think as said the heat isnt helping , but this does come with anxiety

If you try & I no its hard to accept this is anxiety , it will help , even though I no its not easy

Drink plenty of water , it helps as well with headaches of any kind , especially in this heat

I no it does & the more we feel wound up the longer it stays , which not even painkillers will help

Try not to question why , it helps again to feed the anxiety we already feel , I no its not easy , but slowly the more we practice it gets better

with anxiety when my heart is pumping I do feel it in my head and it also feels like my heart is gonna pump right out of my chest, it oftens take an hour or so of my relaxation music to bring me back to calm. my partner calms me down, the other day she started quoting my favourite monty python song always look on the bright side of life, which I had forgotten somewhere along the line

change your focus-don't obsess on it, I have to keep telling myself the same thing.

mind you i'm impatient about my anxiety, I also seem to think i'm wonder woman when i'm only human. im crap at planning and prioritising, ive tried but maybe I give up too easy.
