Brain zap

Been getting brain zaps here and there last couple of weeks. They suddenly come on like im going crazy and i get heart palpitations after it cant even think properly when i get them for couple of minutes. Been suffering of anxiety GAD.

No im taking vitamin d and started taking magnesium recently.

Mradj...can you describe what it feels like? I think I had the same thing but not sure...I only had them while trying to fall asleep at night and it freaked me out 😨Do you hear a sudden sound in your ears, like you clicked your teeth together only the sound is louder and penetrates your entire head, and has an electrical quality to it?

I get them while falling asleep aswell , but this one randomly came on like i started getting pressure around my head and felt like dizzy for a minute or so. It was like a sudden shock that came on but i have been really anxious last for 4 months high anxiety
