Hi there QUICH,

I have had all sorts of different sensations and vibrations on my head but usually affects around my left temple. It's a nice feeling like a tingling but I know this my anxiety symptoms. Try to ignore it and think if something else or something to do. One thing I found really exciting last night was sitting quietly with a pair of headphones on listening to binaural beats! I found it by accident but it made my brain concentrate on lovely crinkling sounds which was comforting. You try it?

I almost got carried out your comment when I got to ...its a nice feeling lol..I was gonna say wow you enjoying this anxiety cuzz it sure ain't no nice feeling to me .lol lmao

But yea destraction has always been a proven method of decreasing the symptoms. But for some reason even if I'm distracted like listening to music or whatever It still comes ...

I'm more then likely its anxiety but there goes my second guessing and I know second guessing is also anxiety...but thanks for your response I hope you enjoy the nice feelings of anxiety lol.

Hi Quich, I have gotten both of the symptoms you describe.

The one about feeling like the car next to you is moving no

longer bothers me. It use to make me think my brakes weren't

holding and I'd press down further on the brake pedal. All the

while it was my anxiety and sensitivity in my peripheral vision.

I still continue to use my breathing when driving, stopping at

a stoplight or railroad track. The exhaling slowly slows down

any adrenaline and calms the mind and body. :) xx

Hey again Quich, as for the brain vibrations, that still happens on occasion

but only when I am on the computer. I believe the brightness of the computer

screen as well as concentrating and scrolling causes my eyes not to be able to

comprehend all the input and it feels like the brain is vibrating. It is but momentary

but always is scary. xx

in reply toAgora1

Staring to long closely at your phone or into bright lights I guess is a big strain on the eyes and the brain...but yes the part where you have to step harder on the breaks , that's me to.

I felt like even the car hasn't come to a complete stop but it did....🤦‍♂️

Thanks for the response though I guess it's all part of anxiety, one after another

I get these sensations! You're one of the first people I've seen to get them too! They are so ANNOYING and alarming. I've had a CT scan done. Nothing found. You're brave for laying through an MRI I could not imagine being that still in such a tight space!

in reply todbeck128

I had to take meds to relax me in the mri...

But I came out twice until the meds kicked in then I was able to stay calm the whole way through..but yea these head sensations are scary , I believe its heavy tension....I'm waiting to see a acupuncture and omt doctor...iv tried omt before it was successful, I have yet to do acupuncture, I'm hoping it helps

Did the meds work? And what is OMT? I think its that and just LOADS of stress 🤮 feeling any better?

in reply todbeck128

The meds definitely works for the mri, you would have to let your doctor know that your nervous so they will give you either one or two pills that will sedate you for the duration of the mri process, I forgot the name but your doctor would know wich one to give you on the day of your mri..I took one then had to take another when it finally kicked in...omt doctor specializes in tension headaches , migraines and overall tension. They massage not using pressure but rather a more of points of release ...they kind of get your system to function back normally and it worked wonders for me. Unfortunately it was covered for me after my deductible has been met..my 20 percent was 60 dollars, now the end of the fiscal year I'm on a new insurance plan with a new deductible, so i would pay out of pocket for now and I believe its 2 to 300 per session . It's pretty much alot of money for to fork out at the moment..so I'm stuck in the middle again..

I'm going to see acupuncture for both anxiety and tension, stress..hopeful it works..again my insurance does not cover until I meet my new deductible so its 90 for consultation and one treatment then 60 there for after...I do see my therapist wich is 20 bucks a session of one hour once a week..so I must say , anxiety not only hits me mentally and physically but also financially...but we just have to do what we gotta do to stay living at our best...

How I'm feeling now, well trynna push myself to do things , worked on my car today for about an hour or so . .

But overall anxiety dont leave still stays..

We will find something.....if I do I will continue to educate this forum

Hope u fight through it, I will update everytime I find something new...

But definitely look into omt doctor in your area it's very worth it..if you feel good after the first session dont stop , anxiety will eventually gradually bring back tension so omt is realy temporary until you can manage your stress and anxiety..
