Does anyone experience spasms or twitching in the middle of their chest?

hi get them all the time not on my chest mind you.at night it really is annoying and painful.

I think I've had twitches in every part of my body, including my chest and on my abdomen. I think they're kind of funny! One time my triceps was twitching so strongly you could see it moving through a thick sweater! Couldn't sleep that night unless I had my arm stretched up over my head. It lasted about 15 hours or so. A physiatrist colleague of mine told me they're normal.

Yes i get them in my chest too. I am going to talk to the doctor about them. I also get twitches everywhere, even in my bottom. I wish they would just go away. They are driving me crazy.

I get them too in my throat eye chest by my heart ... anywhere and everywhere they are annoying but the ones I hate the most are the ones in my throat .
