Hey there. I am ok now lol..thanks for your reply. I had a rough episode earlier that i was really afraid. My head didnt feel right and my face was red..and i just didnt feel good. But i just laid down and rested and waited for the ativan to kick in..i have been trying very hard not to take anything..but once every few days it seems i will have a bad episode..and its just too much to handle. Most of the time i can ride right on through it..then its like you have talked about..The adrenaline dump.

get rid of the ativan. If you could see what it did to my Mom you would never touch it again. Medications are not the answer. Therapy and believing in yourself and yourhealthy body is the answer. You are not sick, you do not need medicine....
