Yay a day anxiety free :-)

No anxiety not one bit, think doing the excercises with mind gym is helping me changing my thinking patterens I even went to mothercare and paid for my pushchair. It's actually half price with the car seat and bag untill Tuesday or Wednesday. It's being delivered to my OHS moms in three to five working days. Well I can't keep it at mine. The dearest thing to buy done so my monthly money going on the rest each month and the nelly money so much to start decorating the bits that need to be done. Hope ur all ok and how's ur day been xxxx

Hi Kenny it's got 5 gears lol it does feel good to have a no anxiety day doesn't it the first one this year with totally nuthing and I'm enjoying it as tomorrow it cud be back but at least it's gave me a days brake xxx

Thank you whywhy I've really enjoyed that normal feeling today.

I'm glad u like the pushchair it turns into a buggy and u can also fix the car seat on like a travel system. I do think it looks comfortable the way it is I will have to post a picture if the baby in it. I will post my scan picture Friday once I get back and will reveal the sex of it. I'm excited to find out but feel scared again. You know how we think xxx
