I’m skin cancer free!!!

As some have you have followed my journey. Well I have had good news today from my doctor I’m officially skin cancer free!!! I’m so happy I can now eat and sleep as I haven’t done for the last 7 weeks with worry I just want to thank you all for your support and kindness it means the absolute world to me...I have to have regular check ups and I have to be completely covered in the summer wear a hat spf 50 etc which I will for deffo...but please as a warning ⛔️ don’t go on sunbeds or sunbathe without coverage skin cancer is no joke our skin is the largest cell on our body’s and because I went on sunbeds when I was younger as a adult I now suffer please do be sensible and stay off sunbeds because they are highly dangerous

always wear sunscreen 🌞🧴

I burn very easily so I always have to reapply sunscreen every few hours in the summertime.

Wonderful news! Calls for a bit of bubbly, non? 😁I've had to cover up for years. Hats, long sleeves, umbrella (not all at the same time of course!) Just make sure that if you use sunscreen to buy the all natural zinc based ones. The chemical sunscreens are garbage.
