Visual disturbances 🙄

Does anyone suffer with visual disturbances with anxiety? Ive had my eyes tested and apparantly all is fine. Its like a blurring of my vision as if it comes in and out of focus, so hard to explain to people that dont have it. I dont even always feel anxious for my symptoms to appear infact most of the time i dont even care anymore about them they are just annoying and do get you questioning your self and your doctors and consultants diagnosis!

I Also have a range of other symptoms in amongst this one its so frustrating being told you have anxiety then when symptoms are in full swing (especially when out and about) we question whats happening to us and think of all bad diseases that doctors and tests may not have picked up on 😑!

Anyone else feel like me?

It is possible that it may be Ocular Migraine, I suffer from this myself, they don't really know what causes it, but say it's not serious, no pain but can be disorienting only lasts for about 20-30 mins

I recently started having weird vision too. I have alot of floaters and I'll be trying to focus on someone and Ill have flashes of like fuzzy light around it. The doctor says it's anxiety. I keep having issues and the doctors keep saying all anxiety..... But of course I'm always worried that they just tell me that because they know I have anxiety.... Endless circle.
