Finding it hard

My bones in my arm chest an back hurt to touch an I get shooting pains in back an chest . My bones have also started to make crunching sounds . When I move my neck it crunches as well as my shoulders and arms when my body didn’t ever used to do this . Today I felt really light headed (don’t know if this is linked ) and I also have lumps in my neck that have been there a few weeks now
