Hi, I'm Rich from Humberside, I have suffered with RLS for a long time now to the point that me and my wife have slept in separate beds for over 10 yrs, I only seem to get it bad if I've had a real busy work day( delivery driver for Tesco ) but when It starts I'm awake most of the night with it, sometimes unbearable to the point that I wish I could end everything, I wouldn't of course but you'd know how I feel, I take Clonazepam but it only seems to get me off to sleep but the RLS wakes me for hours until I'm exhausted, needless to say the next day I'm washed out, sorry for the long explanation

I suffer from RLS also. It is miserable. Try Mirapex. It helps me greatly. You might also ask for Seroquel.
Try magnesium oil spray, magnesium is a natural muscle relaxant, dubbed nature’s Valium, let me know if it works for you
