anxiety goes through the roof after drinking alcohol even when having a drink.smoking obviously a no no as well usually after 30 minutes or so people start to crave for more nicotine causing stress/anxiety.qyitting both would make you feel much much healthier bit less anxiety.

Here is a good book on other ways to manage your anxiety: "The anti-anxiety food solution: How the Foods You Eat Can Help You Calm Your Anxious Mind, Improve Your Mood, and End Cravings" by Trudy Scott. It's available on Amazon in electronic or paperback form

I had a SERIOUS anxiety relapse when I tried to quit vaping a month before Christmas - I thought I was going insane! Despite what they say that quitting actually reduces anxiety, it's definitely not a good idea to attempt quitting if you're already struggling with anxiety as the quit symptoms are very, very similar to anxiety. Sweating, palpitations, panic etc. If you are in a good place and feeling stable mentally, it's a great thing to do though.❤

Your question makes me smile. Personally, I like to have A glass of wine. My husband and I have "happy hour" at 5ish and enjoy just reconnecting at the end of the day. I would love to say that I don't care if I have wine or not, it is all about connecting and relaxing with him. But, the reality is...I like the wine. Nonetheless, anything in excess is a red flag.

I used to drink quite a bit and my anxiety was way worse and got majorly depressed. Havnt had a drink in almost a year and I find I’m so much less anxious.
