Hi apayett24, haven't talked with you in a while. When we are scared or going through

a panic attack, it is quite usual to become breathless. Mostly because we are shallow

breathing and/or even holding our breath at times. As frightening as a panic attack is,

heart attacks are not associated with anxiety for the most part. It is always in your best

interest (since we are not professionals) to see your doctor and have the breathlessness

and panic attacks addressed.

Are you on medication? Therapy? If these are new symptoms or have gotten worse, it

is important you seek out medical care.

In order to help you get your breathing back in sync (esp with anxiety) I go to YouTube

and listen to videos geared toward Breathing Meditation.

If you'd like to try a couple of these, they may help.

"1 min QuickBreath Meditation/LetGo of Stress & Anxiety" by Jason Stephanson.

"How to Calm Down during a Panic Attack" by Buzz Feed Video

"Sinking & Slowing Breathing Meditation" by Quiet Mind Café

Wishing you well, hope this helps some. :) x
