Hi all

Been feeling moderately ok for s while and now I am feeling anxious again with out reason and I feel that the physical symptoms are returning as anyone feeling the same

I feel exactly the same. Felt like things were looking up for while and these last few days has hit me like a brick wall and i feel like I'm back to square one. I know how you feel, keep pushing

Yes, anxiety can rear it’s ugly head at anytime. It’s good to remember that you have had it before and have gotten better.
