Dizzy or floating spells

Here lately ive been feeling slightly dizzy or as if my legs are weak and not there and i feel like im floating at times why is that? I feel as if i want to pass out help me

No not yet i have an appointment on the 13th. Im trying to make it til then and not run to the emergency room

I get all these symptoms to its horrible am getting used to them now cause I know it's just my anxiety and won't harm me just adrenaline pumping though my body. But see what your doctor says and get tests done to ease your mind if your worried.

Yeah i get them every now and then but for the past couple days i have them on and off and i wrote down a list of my symptoms for my doc and i will be sure to keep you all updated on the results

I've had this too it sucks mine is more of a falling sensation about to faint feeling though

Yes mine too and i terrified hopefully its nothing bad! I plan on have my doctor check me for everything from top to bottom and i will be praying for all of us including myself... I will keep you all updated on results.

I been getting this recently too i’m having my heart check again because I have 24/7 palpitations and some sharp chest pains. That feeling that your dropping is so terrifying....I called the er today they did an EKG said it was fine so I didn’t go to the hospital because of covid has the icu filled. I hate it feel like im going to dying.

Yes I dont get them as often because I sit still and sip ice cold water or cold milk and take deep breaths and tell myself im fine ive had so many ekgs and chest xrays i even had the test where they do a ultrasound on my heart everything came back normal and i realized it was my anxiety and derealization Kicking my ass when u ignore it and push through it the less and less u start to have them

I get this a lot!!!! And the more I worry it's going to happen the more I get it! 😕

Yes i try my best to ignore it but it finds its way to my thoughts its even messing with my sleep pattern now

Yes I been in the same pickle I feel like am a ballon floating and going to fly some where and also I get this dizzy spells and I feel like am going to pass out but then in times it goes away don't be discourage this part of stress and anxiety issues trust me...just try to stay calm don't put any focus in it....have hope and don't allow to try to mess with your mind don't give it power....

Well my babies, turns out i was having withdrawal symptoms from my anxiety meds buspirone! I haven't taking it in a few days because I ran out but i have a new prescription now so let's see if that helps.... Btw i went to the emergency room i was to scared to wait til Monday for my docs appointment. ... Thank you all for helping me thru this moment....

I have had the exact symptoms when I weaned off Lexapro. I am fine now but in your situation you ran out. Always put a few pills to the side as a reserve until you can refill your RX. I'm glad you are ok.

If you are on any new meds that could be it. I have had that happen to me when on new meds
