I’m sorry you’re feeling this way! I feel your pain(literally and figuratively). Hang in there and hopefully something will help soon.
So sorry and I totally relate. I don’t know what you have tried but medication is a must for most of us. Then learning new ways to heal will hopefully help you improve.
