Mine are very bad and odd weird pressures pound heart worried about goin to party's and other places tingles in hands and arms and legs muscle twitches pressure in head feeling dizzy feeling like I'm out my body god the list goes on its terrible and frightening.

John all that you have said are anxiety symptoms, also can be body weakness, unsteady on feet, feelings of detachment and or unreal, derealisation, depersonalization , internal and external trembling. Also the feeling that you are being pushed when walking, itching. And many more. john try to calm down, they are horrid and very uncomfortable but cant hurt you. I am often where you are on a daily basis. Try to divert your mind with something, Do you have ear phones that you could put on and play music, and sing and keep singing to the music to divert your thoughts at the moment. And I say ear phones because that will distract your mind.

I have the usual chest pain, I've kinda learned to just get on with it but it's the heart palpitations that really scare me. I'm sure they are harmless though.

not sure if its anxiety,panic attack or something else
woke up at 4am shaking,mainly down the back of my neck through my back to my hands and arms.cant help but pace up and down

That's me to slight pain & tingljng in right side arm, & hand I get it in my right leg to as well as sciatica due to a back injury. Chest pain, racing heart , hot sweats as well as panic attacks Not good. These symptoms make me think there's something wrong with my heart recently had heart monitor fitted for 24hrs im not diagnosed yet but after the year I've had its pointing to stress and anxiety. Heart palpitations, sudden weakness in body, fear of impending death, unusual headaches all over the head, chest pains, .. i sometimes i get twitching aswell, that comes and go's, lately, it's been in the right side of the back of my neck, twitches really bad for about 10 seconds then goes away, and.. - obviously - due to my anxiety, my head automatically jumps to the conclusion that this 'neck-twitching' is some kind of symptom of some kind of .. dead-related diagnoses... when in fact.. it probably only occurs from this solution: .. Anxiety - leads to - Worry - leads to - Stress - leads to - twitching + all sorts of weird niggles all over your body..
Positivity it key.. easier said than done, but try and stay positive.. Most definitely not alone!
Oh.. and keeping a diary log helps a lot as well! Because you'll realise after a certain amount of time, you'll be reading over your diary from .. say .. 2 months ago.. and you'll realise that you've been putting in your daily log's things like; "arm was twitching today" .. or "head is really banging today, maybe its a brain tumour?! " ... and when you read this from 2 months prior.. you'v just got to say to yourself; "Well, i'm still here now.. why was i worrying in the first place?!" .. and thing's will get easier and easier.. and then a day will come where you can experience all the weird twitches/niggles/pain's in the book, and just not be bothered about it.

I also feel I tense up I get muscle twitching as well as the other symptoms anxiety attacks cause.
I get heart jump and miss beats which is scary but gp says they are normal and everyone has them but some feel them and others don't feel anything
Hi I am not sure if my symptons are stress related of down to anxiety. I have a constant feeling of butterflies in my tummy, I feel sick and have a dry mouth unable to swallow, I get stomach cramps and diarrhea, generally i feel lousy. Does this sound like similar symptons to anyone else. i am at my wits end i hate having these feelings i wish I could just enjoy new experiences without having to go through these feelings. Help.
Face what you are anxious about. Deal with each issue one at a time. If you need to get rid of negative relationships (someone putting you down, making you feel badly), do it. If you in doing something you don't like because you have promised someone, say you're sorry and move on, don't continue. If you are thinking negatively about yourself, know that no one is perfect. Everyone with whom you encounter is flawed regardless how "put together or accomplished" they appear to be. Fear intensifies your anxiety which produces depersonalization in some people. So when you feel depersonalized, know that it's harmless. You are not going crazy and you won't. Try not to focus on your symptoms but on something else. Read a good book. Start a hobby. Call a friend. Pray. You are not alone.

I get light headed, speaced out, aching and tightness on left side of chest, weak legs, lump in throat, tiredness, floaters in vision etc try excepting you have anxiety it helps me I am on meds aswell only recently as I had a bad 2 weeks of anxiety attacks. I managed to drive a four hour journey at the weekend to see family and I stayed calm as I did feel a slight attack coming but breathed it through and it wasnt too bad. Hope your ok x
