Anxiety , Panic depression unhappy and stressed and physical symptoms ......geese I’m tired of living I don’t want to deal with this especially this shortness of breath and blurry vision and physical symptoms KICKING MY ASS TIRED OF GOING TO EMERGENCY ROOM THEY SAYING NOTHING WRONG !!

First off...hugs. You are ok, and everything is going to be ok. Anxiety can cause the most dreadful physical symptoms and usually when you think you’re over one something different pops up. I know it’s hard to believe, but this all will pass in time.

Yea it’s painful I want the old me back I don’t want to deal with this everyday either I want it all to atop & go away never to come back

Sometimes it takes a lot of trial and error to find something that works. Is there anything that you really enjoy doing, like writing, drawing, dancing, etc?
