My biggest calmer is not giving my anxiety symptoms any attention. It’s hard at first but it takes time to master this technique. Whenever o feel dizzy or my chest feels heavy I remember all the normal ekgs, echocardiograms, labs etc and rationalize with my symptoms and they go away instantly. So whenever you feel a panic attack coming on just remember it’s iust anxiety and IT CANNOT AND WILL NOT KILL YOU. Breathe and move on. If your heart is racing it’s normal anxiety symptoms. If you obsess over what you feel it gets worse. Hope this helps someone

You're so right, anxiety is a spoiled child that craves attention, and ignoring it is what best gets it under control. It helps to see that others are having success the same way!
