Anyone get a headache when they’re feeling anxious

I get headaches at times that last for days followed by distorted vision.

I get them all the time. Sometimes I even forget it has to do with my anxiety.

I’ve been getting them more recently. Every time I freak out, and I can relate as to not being able to sleep because of them. Hope you get relief soon. A dark cool room with fuzzy blankets always helps me.

Thank you for your reply. Took me ages to sleep in the end 😔 it was a struggle to get up this morning to take my daughter to school x
