I had my second ever panic attack last night.. well I think that’s what it was... has anyone ever had a crushing pain in the middle of their chest that goes to their back and round the ribs? Feeling as if you can’t breathe, shaking, feeling sick?? I had the ambulance out and they wasn’t too concerned because all my observations were okay. But has anyone else ever had this?? Thanks x

You do not have to continue suffering these debilitating attacks. If anxiety is that bad speak to your doctor about benzodiazepine medication. It will literally change your life, however the medication is habit forming and highly addictive. Good luck to you.

I’m on venlafaxine at the minute as fluoxetine wasn’t doing anything... just upped my dosage to 75mg
