Hi there

I’ve been taking citralopam for four days now the first three days were ok but today I feel shaky really anxious and I feel sick ... is this normal?

Would appreciate a bit light at the end of a really dark tunnel

I have never take citalopram but when I started taking fluoxetine I felt like that. Shaky and unstable, feeling sick, in a constant haze and felt like everything was a dream. I was assured by the doctor and my brother who is a pharmacist that it gets so much worse before it gets better, so keep pushing through. I was told the nausea would stop after a few weeks but I never even got that far! BUT the only reason I stopped taking it after a few days is because it gave me hives and that’s apparently a big no-no.

Good luck x
