Have you seen a psychologist ? I started a few months ago and it's helped me so much. I was like that for 8 long months and now I haven't had a panic attack for a couple of months. Keep your chin up and stay positive that you will get through it.
I feel like I am dying all the time too. I have to consciously breathe all the time now. It feels like I'm carrying bricks in my lungs. The chest pains.. the pins and needles in the hands and feet. The tiredness and light-headedness. The suicidal thoughts.. I cant take it anymore.
Yes, sadly this is normal. Breathe in deeply through the nose and out slowly through your mouth. It will help. Purse your lips like blowing through a straw.
Yeah. It I'm breathless a lot then I panic and get anxious more I bought quiet life today hoping they will help doctor prescribed me setraline before but I'm funny with taking prescribed medication I took one and had a panic attack so hopefully these herbal ones help my nerves and anxiety I just over think all the time and now it's just thinking I'm gonna have anxiety attacks cause I get them it's a vicious circle
Most of it is mental. I wasn't able to convince my mind to believe everything was okay. Oddly enough something happened when I became pregnant and all anxiety went away. I miscarried though and now a month later I have it come back again. I'm looking at it all though and it seems for me that my anxiety and miscarriages (3 now) stem from a lack of progesterone. I got small attacks during pregnancy but i was able to keep from freaking out bout them, making them go away after a minute or two. It must be a chemical change. Funny, our bodies. Try your best to tell yourself it will pass. Occupy your mind with music or conversation. It will help. It takes time
Yeah I do a lot of watching tv or listening to music and funny you should say that I found they went away when I was pregnant with my daughter 7 years ago and they have only come back the last 7 months I'm gonna go back to the doctors on Friday anyway and tell her exactly how I feel etc hopefully she can do more than prescribe me tablets I won't take. P.s sorry to hear of your miscarriages
I've dealing with the same thing for 3 years, My sleep is getting bad, But putting positive thoughts in my mind and using the law of attraction has been helping me
